Grow and Care

     Peace lilies are some of the easiest to care for. Nevertheless, it needs proper conditions to grow.
  • Planting; Peace lilies are a tropical plants, so keep them in temperatures above16°C and away from cold. Best temperatures upwards of 21°C.
    Best place for them is bright areas and they do not like direct light. East or north facing window is decent places for them.
  • Watering; continuity is the point. Keep its soil moist. This plant can handle short periods of dry soil, but if don't have enough water or humidity; their leaves color turn to brown.
    It’s important to make sure the plant has a chance to dry out between watering and that the container it lives in drains well.
    Avoid over watering for the roots not to rot.
  • Fertilization; peace lilies are not heavy feeders, so its enough to feed them occasionally. To encourage spring and summer growth, fertilize every 6 weeks. For the house plants, fertilization begins in late winter.
