Cancelation Policy

In the event that the purchased product is canceled 48 hours before the order date due to a change of mind or for any other reason, our company will deduct $30 for the administration and transaction costs and will deposit the rest of your money back to the credit card that was paid within 3-5 business days.

If the cancellation request is made between 48 and 24 hours before the order date, our company only provides store credit to the purchaser.

If the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours from the day of the order, the remaining amount will be offered as a store credit to the purchaser, after deducting the full postal price if the order was booked via a courier and a $15 transaction fee.

If the product has already been delivered to the courier company, the cancellation process will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Return Policy

Fresh Flower Return

Floral Gift Planet does not provide a refund for the fresh cut flowers. However, flowers will be replaced, or store credit will be provided for any damaged flowers.

In order to process a replacement or get store credit, you must email us the picture of the flowers and the reason for the replacement request via info@floralgiftplanet.com.

Our company provides store credit or replacement for only damaged flowers.

Lights Return:

In the event of any serious damage to the product caused by us or by post, the product can be returned within 14 days at the expense of the purchaser of the postage.

The return request must be notified to us by sending an e-mail to info@floralgiftplanet.com with the reasons for the return and photographs for evidence within 14 days of receiving the product. Our company does not accept any returns due to damage caused after 14 days.

In the event of product damage, our company will deposit the full amount paid for the product to the credit card used in the purchase within 3-5 working days without any deduction if the customer does not want to exchange it for a new product.

All of our lights are guaranteed for one year. Within this one year, our company guarantees free repair or replacement of the product in case of any technical problems. The cost of mailing the product to us belongs to the customer.

Refund requests are made in cases of change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. If the problem is not caused by a damaged or faulty product.

Our company will give you store credit for the price of the product you purchased. The store credit can be used only within 30 days after receiving it.

If the customer does not accept the store credit, we deduct %30 from the purchased price for the cost of the transaction fees and the labour cost resulting from the administration, cleaning, and restocking. The remaining amount will be refunded to the credit card used in the purchase within 3-5 business days after we receive the product and deduct %30.

NOTE: The return product must be in brand new condition, unused and undamaged. The product must be packed well to prevent soiling and damage during postage. Any damage to the product caused by return postage will be deducted from the refund amount depending on the extent of the damage.

Ceramic vase Return:

All of our vases are ceramic and handmade. They are great decorations designed for homes, offices, receptions, and luxury places and are definitely not used for fresh flowers.
